Partnerships

We work with the client at their preferred location to deliver highly contextualised training products. This means we will travel to you as part of our consultation. We look to capacity build through training, train the trainer, and mentoring. From that point, our team will revert to the provision of Quality Assurance to ensure continuous improvement. This may include in country mentoring of trainers.

Environmental Sustainability

We work with clients, to determine environmental impacts and develop pre/post operation testing to validate environmental measures during all phases of the any operation. We will continue to evolve world best practice to provide the client with confidence of continued operations.

How experienced are Cascade consultants and trainers?

Our consultants have an average of 30+ years of experience in their respective fields. We are actively engaged in Cambodia's emerging health safety systems in many industries and regularly consult on national and international projects.

What is Cascade's level training accreditation?

Cascade trainers have either international or national training accreditation or both? Wherever possible Cambodian trainers are used based on their experience and background. An accreditation scheme is under development in Cambodia but not yet in force.

Does your current provider have a combination of industry and training experience?

Cascade training is based on industry expereince gaiend through countless constultancies and actual workplace work. This is informed and updated through a global network of sources professional and informal. All this information is contextualised for Cambodia and the client.

What are our training materials based on?

Cascade uses a wealth of sources based around Australian registered training and contextualised for Cambodia. We routinely review other packages from many countries for their utility in Cambodia.

What languages do we use?

Cascade uses English and Khmer. Training Manuals are provided in Khmer and English with English presentation and Khmer translation. Due to the nature of some training English handouts may be utilised and explained in detail by the translator.

Do you have a Training Centre?

Cascade has a large training centre in central Phnom Penh to enable training 24/7 and without interruption from adverse weather conditions. Cascade is happy to travel to the client or deliver training at our site. Cascade will travel throughout Cambodia and the region subject to client liaison. engagement and preparations.
